That version of you is always present, and Self Healing with Reiki is a practice that will help you connect with Magical You EVERY time, until it becomes your new normal.
In this online class we’ll talk about how to shift your neural pathways for good, uncover your obstacles, and learn how to move through them without losing yourself. We’ll discuss the essence, history, and principles of Reiki, and how it can support you as you deep dive into your ‘shadow’, and how incorporating energy healing into your life begins to shift you from the inside out. Reiki is not just a tool for your spiritual tool kit. It is a practice and way of being, that literally transforms you at the cellular level the longer you practice. In this training you will receive your Reiki Level 1 Attunement, practice on yourself and others in the group (via zoom), and receive reiki energy healing as participants practice on one another.
Level 1 Reiki is focused on self healing, but we will also talk about using reiki for your loved ones and incorporating reiki energy healing into your current practice, whether that’s massage therapy, music, art, dance, photography, gardening, teaching, building, or literally anything else. We will also discuss quantum mechanics and how energy healing can be used to support the collective, groups or situations that you wish to pour love and healing into. No prior experience with Reiki is required to attend, however a desire and willingness to slowly transform into the strongest, most authentic version of yourself is recommended!
This is an online workshop. We will break briefly for lunch at 12:45 (central), but feel free to have snacks, water, or whatever else you need on hand to feel comfortable.
