It’s probably impossible to ignore the chaos that is happening around us every day right now… but we can find and embody our inner calm! This Sunday we’re going to calibrate to momma Earth’s frequency, beginning with a guided meditation then vibrating with resonant quartz singing bowls as we turn inward and find that space within ourselves that is complete flow, where we ALL CONNECT AS ONE. We will bring our hearts and minds into coherence and use that electromagnetic coherency to radiate peace out to our brothers and sisters across our community, our country, and the world. ✨

We’ll start with a guided meditation and somatic movement to get out of the mind and into the body, then finish with a relaxing sound bath and energy clearing, surrounded and held by newly budding trees, birdsong, and momma Earth’s fresh spring nourishment.

Our cells are made up of a tiny percentage of matter, and mostly open space. Let the vibrations of the sound bowls help you tune into this open space of pure potential within you 💫✨

I will have a few extra yoga mats, but if you have one please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any other cushions, blankets, etc that you’d like for comfort.

Turn in at the big Green Island sign, and follow the road alllllll the way down (yes PAST the yoga retreat center) to the 3 houses at the end, where you can park. Someone will meet you there to direct you to the path into the woods where we’ll be setting up on the deck. Please carpool if you can, as there is limited parking available.
