We’re breaking the cycles that have been stuck on repeat! We’re feeling into what we can no longer stand for in our own personal lives, and in the world around us. We’re feeling into our own inner strength, and realizing we are capable of creating the change we are dreaming of. The solar eclipse lends its power to us as we face the discomfort of leaving what is familiar for a more authentic way of being. If you feel so called, come feel into that solar energy as we release what is done, and begin again fresh.

We’ll start with some gentle somatic movement and stretching, to help us shift out of the endless spinning thoughts and into the body. We’ll follow that with a guided meditation, leading you into the deepest spaces within yourself, and ending with a sound bath, surrounded by earth and sky.

As you RSVP, please hold the intention for any questions you are seeking answers to, and I will be holding space for this as well, trusting the Universe that those who need this support at this time will be guided to the event.

I will have a few extra yoga mats and blankets, but please bring yours if you have one, along with water, sun hat, bug spray, and anything else you’d like for comfort! And of course please share this with anyone you think may benefit.

2314 North High Cross Rd Urbana, IL Turn in at the Green Island sign, and go alllllll the way down the dirt road (yes PAST the yoga center) and you can park near the 3 small houses at the end of the road. Someone will guide you to the path leading to the Deck in the woods. Shoes recommended as sometimes the path is muddy.

This event is for anyone, pay-what-you-can, Love Offerings accepted and appreciated!! Children are welcome if they are interested in participating in the meditation.
